Hatha classes have the focus to introduce the practitioner to yoga and work on body and mind awareness.
This classes are not necessarily slow or boring, they are a more traditional yoga practice and where we explore the physical and energetic body through asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mudras (hand gestures), bandhas (body locks) and meditation/ yoga nidra. This classes offer you the wonderful world of yoga and its benefits but at the same time provide body and mind work out, de-stress and relaxation. It's an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and our needs as to live a happy healthy life.
Suitable for the very beginner to the advanced yoga practitioner.
