Yoga for You

Whether you are new to yoga or want to move into more in depth in your journey, there's always a practice for you.

I offer:

private classes: great focus on alignment and specific needs.

semi-private: find a friend or practice with your partner or children (2-3 people), great way to have quality time together.

Yoga Therapy: private sessions to work on specific needs as well as create a therapeutic home practice for in between our sessions.
